Racing Incidents
RULE DOWNUNDER (App P Tejeshwar) was slow to begin. ALISHAS PET (Shrikant Kamble) finished the race detached from the field. Jockey Shrikant Kamble reported that the mare was not striding fluently throughout the race. Tr. Manvendra Singh was advised to get his charge examined by the Veterinary Officer and report ailment, if any, and not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance. Jockey Vinay Jaiswal, the rider of LIGHTNING STRIKES, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for the excessive use of the whip (2nd infringement). App P Vikram, the rider of BRAHMACHARI and Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of COMMANDER reported loss of whip passing the 300 metres and 200 metres respectively.
