a)In his opinion b m MODIFICATION hadnot shown remarkable improvementas compared to its previous run.

b)The verdict between MIDNIGHTMAGIC and MODIFICATION in race No. 70 wasapproximately 3 lengths.

c)Today the mare was carrying 3 kgs less weightincluding apprentice allowanceand the verdict is “Nose” between the two horses.

d)The form and verdict between the winner MODIFICATION and the 2ndplaced MIDNIGHT MAGIC should be acceptable.The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanations.
