PRIVATE DANCER (A. IMRAN KHAN) and BENAZIR (M.F. ALI KHAN) slow out losing about 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked. Jockey M. Krishna (GREATBALLOFCHINA) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting in approaching 1200 metres causing interference to RUBINELLA (RAVINDER SINGH) and CHEROKEE FIGHTER (D. SINGH). Jockey A. Ramana (EXECUTE) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting in at about 1400 metres causing interference to CHEROKEE FIGHTER (D. SINGH). GOLDEN SABOT (K. ANIL) was hanging in, in the final furlong and at about 200 metres shifted in forcing in CHEROKEE FIGHTER (D. SINGH) and OCEAN CITY (R. LAXMIKANTH) the latter receiving a check. Due to the angling of the false rails whilst negotiating the final bend PRIVATE DANCER (A. IMRAN KHAN) was forced to be checked. As there was insufficient room between the rail and CHEROKEE FIGHTER (D. SINGH) running on the outside of the PRIVATE DANCER. TARGET TIME (D. GNANESHWAR) trailed the field in the last two furlongs.
