Racing Incidents
Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of MOJO was reported to the Stewards for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race. (3rd offence duringthe meeting ). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewedJockey Ramandeep Singh Bal. After hearing his statements, considering recommendationof the Stipendiary Steward and relying upon their own observations based on thereplay of the CCTV the Stewards after deliberation decided to suspend Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal for excessive use of the whip on his mount MOJO during the race for contravention of Rule 166 (a) of RWITC Rules of Racing. (3rd offence during the meeting). He was advised of his right of appeal and permitted to ride work. Ashe had already suspended till the end of Delhi Winter Meeting 2009-10 the datesof suspension shall be notified later.
