Racing Incidents

SMOKEHEAD (B Harish) planted and then walked out of the Gates and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P S Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Ryan Marshall, the rider of CHANDINI, was reprimanded for not keeping a straight course between the 400 and 250 Metres of the Race.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of QUEENS COLOUR, was reprimanded for not keeping a straight course between the 300 and 100 Metres of the Race.

Jockey Md. Sameer, the rider of SEA RUNNER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for riding an indifferent Race and for completely easing his mount in the last 200 Metres of the Race.

It was reported after the Race that PAMUSHANA (Y S Srinath) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g PEPPER KING.
