INDIAN ROYALTY (B Harish), jumped awkwardly outwards, thereby inconveniencing AUTUMN RUSH (Vivek) on its outside, soon after the start.

Jockey Nassar Alam, the rider of SPEARTOOTH, reported that his mount was wobbling in the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported by the Club's Veterinary officer.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of COOL APPRAOCH, to the Stewards for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading 'USE OF WHIPS', in that, as a rider of COOL APPROACH, he excessively used the whip in the above Race [Third infringement]; his first infringement was on STARSTRUCK in Race No.26 and the second infringement was on STARSTRUCK in Race No.76 of the Mysore Races 2014. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Jockey Afsar Khan. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's License granted to Jockey Afsar Khan from 11/10/2014 to 19/10/2014 [both days inclusive], for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading, 'USE OF WHIPS', on his mount, COOL APPROACH in the above Race [third infringement] [permitted to ride work].
