Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined a total sum of Rs.2,000/- for not using Blinkers and Tongue Strap on his charge, MOUNTAIN TRAIN (A Ashhad Asbar), for the use of which prior permission had been obtained. Subsequently, the equipments were put on before the horse left the Paddock.

Jockey B Harish, the rider of INDIAN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to AFTERNOON DELIGHT (M J Gautam Raj Urs) on his inside, passing the 400 Metres.

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of TIME TO TIME, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey J H Christopher, the rider of ICESPRINT, reported that his mount was not responding to his urgings in the closing stages of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was also endoscoped after the last race and was found to have suffered from EIPH (GRADE III). Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

MOUNTAIN TRAIN (A Ashhad Asbar) pulled up lame on right fore during the Race, the rider having to ease up his mount, passing 700 Metres. Upon examination by the Club's Veterinary Officer, it was found to have sustained fracture of right fore sesamoid bones. Hence it was euthanized.
