QUEENS COLOUR (Irvan Singh) jumped awkwardly inwards, thereby, inconveniencing JUMP IN THE RED (S Mubarak) on its inside, at the start.

JUMP IN THE RED (S Mubarak) ran detached from the field till rounding the final bend. Trainer Mr. G Srinivas Babu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Syed Asgar, the rider of ROBINHOOD PANDEY, was reprimanded for not maintaining a proper course in the last 350 Metres of the Race.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [first infringement].

Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was questioned into the improved performance of FLIRTING KING (A Imran Khan), the Winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous performance in Race No.57 of the Mysore Winter Races 2014-15, i.e., The Varuna Plate – Div. II (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 4 years old and over, run on Eighth Day, Wednesday, the 31st of December, 2014, when ridden by Jockey D Gnaneshwar, it ran unplaced. The trainer stated that; a) his charge had been performing very consistently during this season; b) in its previous run one of the other runners in the Race, ie., MOUNTAIN TRAIN (A Ashhad Asbar) pulled up lame and was checked by its rider, approaching the 700 Metres and his charge running directly behind, had to be checked by its rider and fall back and despite this, his charge came on and finished a good 7th about 5 ½ lengths  behind the winner;c) today with good assistance and with trouble free run, his charge won the Race.
