Jockey Shivnath Paswan, the rider of SHARP GIRL, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the inept handling of his mount, during the Race. He was further informed in the presence of Trainer Mr. M Bobby that a repetition of a similar manner of riding, would entail him being reported to the Stewards, for appropriate action.

It was reported after the Race that SO GOOD TO SE YOU (M Madhu Babu) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
