As Jockey S Mubarak, the declared rider of COLOR ME, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Fourth Race and no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to withdraw COLOR ME from the above Race.

As Jockey R Ajinkya failed to make the declared weight to ride his mount, ALECIA, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw his charge ALECIA. However, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.2,000/- for his negligence pertaining to  declaration of Jockey R Ajinkya, to ride his charge without ascertaining the weight of the Jockey.

CARISA (P Kiran Rai) was slowly and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey M Madhu Babu, on his mount KIR ROYALE, with particular reference to the interference suffered by BOLD POLICE (S John), in the above Race.
