Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw KAGUYA HIMEI on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey R N Darshan to ride DIXIELAND in place of Jockey Akshay Kumar (Hyd), the declared rider. 

DIXIELAND (R N Darshan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. . 

BLAZING TOUCH (J Paswan) was slowly away and lost considerable lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. 

Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was questioned at to the relative performance of his charge, b g BRACKNELL, the winner of this Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 6 of the Mysore Winter Races 2018-19, i.e., The Sharavathi Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, when ridden by the same Jockey, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; (a) Its previous run was over seven furlongs and was ridden by the same rider; (b) His instructions to the rider were to hit the front, as his charge likes to go to the front, and do his best in the Straight; (c) But in that Race the rider tried his best to hit the front, but was slightly hampered; (d) There were also two very speedy horses in that Race and his horse could not match pace with them; (e) Still it ran prominently till about the 250 Metres and then finished on; (f) After that run, his rider told him that the horse is more suitable over a longer distance and hence he decided to try it out over a mile; (g) Today, he ran in this Race after three weeks' time; (h) He prepared for this distance wherein the horse showed improvement being a 3 year old; (i) In his opinion as also that of the rider, it is a single paced horse and only revels over a distance a mile and above.(g) In this Race also the rider was instructed take a good jump and hit the front, which he did and his charge won well and in future also, it will be instructed to be ridden in a similar manner; His explanations were noted for future reference.
