EUDORA (Vijay Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey T S Jodha, the rider of VENI VIDI VICI, placed Third by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey Sameer Qureshi, the rider of EYEZ HYPNOTIZE, placed First by the Judge, for 'in the last 200 Metres, the Winner came onto me very badly; as such, my horse stopped galloping, and, in the 50 Metres, the Winner came onto me, whereby, I had to stop riding, which cost me the Race'; This apart, the Stewards ordered and held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Jockeys T S Jodha, Sameer Qureshi and also, M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of MARKUS SITTIKUS, placed 2nd; After due enquiry and after deliberations, they decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placing as under:
