Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw RED HOT CHILLI (M J GautamRaj Urs) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be in shock and had sustained multiple injuries on right fore ; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

BLEU ROI (Vishal N Bunde) planted and did not take part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in  Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track. 

RAPTOR (H Rahul) jumped out of the Gates, throwing it's head about, at the Start.

ENGELBERG (M Prabhakaran) jumped awkwardly `outwards' at the start.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of GRAND CHEVALIER, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing KING'S COMMAND (J Paswan) on his inside after the jump.

It was reported after the Race that BREAKING NEWS (Sarvan Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of ENGELBERG, was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards, in the presence of Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde, for his riding on his mount, in the above Race. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey M Prabhakaran, the Stipendiary Stewards fined him Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient efforts to improve his position, rounding the bend. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde, that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was questioned as to the vastly improved performance of his charge, dk b m BREAKING NEWS (Sarvan Kumar), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No.50 of the Mysore Winter Races 2021-22, i.e., The Antequera Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over, run on Seventh Day, Wednesday, 1st December, 2021, when ridden by Jockey Vipin Kumar, it ran unplaced. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu, the Stipendiary Stewards fined him a sum of Rs.10,000/- for the vastly improved performance of his charge, dk b m BREAKING NEWS. He was also cautioned for running his charge in inconsistent distances and that he would be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action, if he repeats this mistake again, in future.
