Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar to withdraw THE STRIKINGLY (P Sai Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it was reported to have been injured on the right stifle, right hock and left hind cannon inside the float, while travelling to Mysuru. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of D WARRIOR, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to CRIMSON FIRE (G Umesh) and OSIRIS (M Naveen), on his inside, passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey M Naveen, the rider of OSIRIS was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing OOH LA LA (Mohd. Aliyar) on his inside, approaching 1000 Metres.

It was observed that KOALA (Inayat) was running erratic till the final bend;  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that the horse suffered from EIPH. Trainer Mr. Eshwer M [being deputized by Trainer Mr. G T Surender] was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Inayat, the rider of KOALA reported that the saddle of his mount shifted in front, passing the 500 Metres, whereby, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment after the Race, Trainer Mr. G T Surender (Deputizing for Mr. M Eshwar) was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.

GRIZZLY (Vivek G) sustained multiple cuts inside right hind cannon.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding OOH LA LA, ridden by Jockey Mohd. Aliyar and trained by Mr. Rajendra Singh M, in the above Race.
