Jockey Amyn Merchant, the rider of SOUND OF CANON’S was fined Rs.3,000/- for causing severe interference to INFINITEPOSIBILITY (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside, which in turn went on to GINTOKI (Shreyas Singh) on its inside at the top of the start.

Jockey Ram Nandan Manji, the rider of MARK ONE reported that his mount was hanging `out’ throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate measures before accepting with it, again.

It was reported after the Race that INFINITEPOSIVILITY (M Rajesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it, again.

Trainer Mr. Aditya K was questioned as to the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of his charge SOUND OF CANON’S (Amyn Merchant), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 75 of the Betway Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2023, i.e., The Gool and Soli Poonawalla Memorial Trophy, (About) 1600 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, run on the Eleventh Day, Thursday, 12th October, 2023, when ridden by Jockey H Rahul, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; 
a) The previous run of his charge was in an open class with Bangalore Runners run over a mile where he had fancied his charge to run a good Race; 
b) But rounding the bend, his charge received a severe interference at the top of the Straight; 
c) His charge has a very short dash of speed and as such, after the interference, despite the best efforts of the rider, it fell back and thereafter, the horse was galloping there and there only. 

While noting his explanations for future reference, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was cautioned to be more judicious in the running of his charges in future and that a repetition of a similar manner of running of his charges in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
