COMPLIANCE (P S Chouhan) was extremely difficult to load. In view of its behaviour Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.

Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of BEAUTIFUL, was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for tightening MISTY GREY (App P Tejeshwar) passing the 500 metres, causing it to be checked and thereafter shift out onto SALVADOR (Sujit Kr Paswan) and OUR CHOICE (Y S Srinath).

The Veterinary Officer reported that AZAI returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

ch h DEVINE CHAKRA was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be trotting sound.

LIVISILLA (A Ashhad Asbar) was extremely difficult to load.

GALEN (Hindu Singh) was extremely fractious to be stalled. As the colt had behaved in a similar manner in the past as well, Tr. Vijay Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a mock race.

BASHARAT (Shezad Khan) was slow to begin losing approximately 4-5 lengths at the start. Tr. Shyam Habbu was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.

App P Tejeshwar, the rider of THIRD AVENUE, reported that his mount was inclined to hang in during the final stages of the race.

Jockey Shezad Khan, the rider of BASHARAT, was fined a sum of Rs. 3000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).

Tr. Aashay Doctor and Jockey A Ashhad Asbar when afforded an opportunity to explain the running and riding of b m LIVISILLA, the Trainer stated that :-

a)    “The jockey has followed my instructions as I had asked him to go to the front and call the pace of the race.

b)    I personally feel that the jockey has misjudged the pace of the race and that if he held her back a bit would have helped the mare to run a better race”.

Jockey Ashhad Asbar corroborated the Trainer’s instructions and further added that the mare was too keen, “took off” and did not have anything to offer from about the final bend.

Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered, Jockey Ashhad Asbar was fined a sum of Rs. 15,000/- for the injudicious handling of his mount LIVISILLA in that he allowed his mount to run freely in the initial and middle stages of the race thereby the mare having nothing to offer in the final 400 metres.

b f STORMWATCH, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Saturday, 12th November, 2022 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
 
The left stirrup iron of THAR (Md Islam) broke on its way to the start and was replaced at the starting gates. Subsequent examination revealed that the equipment was in serviceable condition as such no action was taken beyond noting the incident.

ROKA (App P Tejeshwar) was difficult to load.

ODIN (Hindu Singh) was very difficult to load. Tr. Vijay Singh was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

DUBAI BAY (P S Chouhan) and SUNSHINE PRINCE (Sujit Kr Paswan) were slow to begin.

POT OF GOLD (App P Tejeshwar, drawn 2) which was fractious in its stall jumped awkwardly outwards inconveniencing DUBAI STAR (Md Islam, drawn 3). Thereafter the filly was hanging out from about the 700 metres, drifted onto the outer rails during the concluding stages of the race and finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Manvendra Singh was advised to take appropriate remedial measures.

EXOTIQUE (Y S Srinath) was slow to begin losing approximately 5 – 6 lengths at the start. Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was advised not to accept with her charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.

Tr. Aashay Doctor was reprimanded for late arrival of his charge HIDDEN GOLD (Neeraj Rawal) to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.

CONSIGLIORI (Vinay Jaiswal) and ANASTASIA (P Trevor) were difficult to load.

Tr. Rutherford Alford was reprimanded for late arrival of his charge JINSOKU (App P Tejeshwar) to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.

BREAD N BUTTER (Md Islam) was difficult to load. YUVI (Md Imran) jumped awkwardly from the gates. SCRIPT (Sujit Kr Paswan) was slow to begin.
