CHILLY BREEZE (P P Dhebe) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby inconveniencing PREMIER ACE (H Rahul), on its outside, at the start. 
 
Jockey J Paswan, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., THEA'S DREAM (Irvan Singh) and SENATOR (Chotu Jaiswar), at the start. 

Jockey Anil Baandal, the rider of POWER OF THEA, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing KING'S COMMAND (Chethan Gowda), on his outside, passing the 1300 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the poor performance of his charge KING'S COMMAND (Chethan Gowda), which ran unplaced in the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 27 of the Mysore Winter Races 2020-21, i.e., The Fame and Glory Plate – (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on Fourth Day, Wednesday, 2nd December, 2020, when ridden by Jockey A Imran Khan, it had run 3rd. The Trainer stated as follows; a) His charge had run two good races over 6 furlongs and according to him races over 6 and 7 furlongs suit his charge the best; b) During its previous run over 6 furlongs, his rider came back and told him after the Race that his mount would run better over a longer distance; c) Keeping that in mind and as his charge had the breeding to run over longer distances and since there were no races over 6 or 7 furlongs, during this Race Day to enter and run it, he had chosen to enter and run his charge over a Mile. While noting his explanations, Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was cautioned to be more judicious while choosing races for his charge, in future.
 
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of TIME TRAVELLER, trained by Mr. Bobby M and ridden by Jockey Saddam Hussain, in the above Race.  

It was reported after the Race that CHILLY BREEZE (P P Dhebe) had lost its right fore shoe, during the race.
  
POWER OF THEA (Anil Baandal) sustained multiple cuts inside left hock joint.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S to withdraw STRONG RESEMBLANCE (M Naveen) on veterinary grounds, as it was suffering from colic; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

KING STAR (C Umesh) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. 

SWISS BAY (R Shiva Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.  

It was reported after the Race that TIME ALWAYS (Arshad Alam) had lost its right hind shoe, during the race.

An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of b r AKIMBO (Saddam Hussain), Trained by Mr. Bobby M, the winner of the above  Race as compared to its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 2019-20, where it ran unplaced, in all its runs. 
 
Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b r AKIMBO.

TASHKENT (Sameer Quershi) was slowly away and lost many lengths, at the Start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Quershi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. 

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of MATTEO, was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and inconveniencing CLASSIC JEWEL (R Shelar), on his inside, between the 900 Metres and the 800 Metres.

It was observed during the Race that MATTEO (V R Jagdeesh) did not get a clear run between the 500 and the 350 Metres, due to crowding of the field. 

It was reported after the Race that SHIMMERS (Ryan Marshall) suffered from over exhaustion and shock. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 

LION (Sameer Qureshi) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start;  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.  

Jockey M J GautamRajUrs, the rider of SALUTE, reported that his mount stopped galloping in the last 400 Metres of the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of AFRICAN EMPEROR, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the undesirable practice of easing up his mount, before passing the Winning Post.

It was reported after the Race that LION (Sameer Qureshi) pulled lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw LORD COMMANDER (Arshad Alam) on veterinary grounds, as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to hoof abscess; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

It was observed that Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of D ROSS, shifted in very sharply, before the Red Marker Post, thereby causing severe interference to DARE THE DON (Chotu Jaiswar) and KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (C Umesh), which went onto ROYAL TITLE (P P Dhebe) and ROYAL COMMAND (R Shiva Kumar) as a result of which, the latter went onto WIND POWER (H M Akshay), whose rider lost his left stirrup, passing the 1100 Metres. A further enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey Chethan Gowda, on his mount D ROSS, in the above Race. 

Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of WIND POWER, reported that as he had lost his left stirrup, passing the 1100 Metres, he could not offer proper assistance to his mount and as such, his mount shifted out, thereby taking out INDIAN DREAMS (Shiva Kumar), on its outside, rounding the final bend.

Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of ROYAL TITLE, reported that his mount was running very erratic under the use of whip. The rider also reported that he lost his whip between the 400 Metres and the 200 Metres.

Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of COUNTRY'S FAME, reported that he could not get a clear run, due to crowding of the field and as such he could not ride out his mount, in last 200 Metres of the Race.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of MARCH TO VICTORY reported that his mount was hanging 'in' throughout the Race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

It was reported after the Race that BERLIN (H Rahul) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

D ROSS (Chethan Gowda) was impounded for veterinary examination. The examination of the mouth of the horse revealed sharp molars. Hence Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [1st Infringement].

Jockey N B Kuldeep, the rider of COUNTRY MUSIC, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing GARRISON (Y S Srinath), on his outside passing the 1400 Metres.  

Jockey R Ajay Kumar, the rider of CRESCENDO, had to check his mount, to avoid striking the front runners, between the 1100 Metres and the 1000 Metres of the above Race.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of NEW BEGINNING, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and taking out horses on his outside, viz., STEINLIGHT (Irvan Singh), COUNTRY MUSIC (N B Kuldeep) and GARRISON (Y S Srinath), passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of SADEEK, was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and causing severe interference to horses on his outside, viz., GINTOKI (P P Dhebe) and TOP STRIKER (Arshad Alam), passing the 350 Metres.

Jockey Afsar Khan the rider of GOOD EARTH was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to MAKE MY WAY (C Umesh), on his inside and as such, the rider of the latter had to check his mount and fall back, passing the 300 Metres.

It was reported after the Race that GARRISON (Y S Srinath) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again. 

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey K Sai Kiran, on his mount SADEEK (Trained by Mr. Bobby M), in the above Race.

SADEEK (K Sai Kiran) sustained clipped injury on right hind fetlock.

As Jockey Saddam Hussain, the declared rider of RUBY CUBE, was certified medically unfit to ride, after his ride in the 4th Race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey Anil Baandal to ride his charge RUBY CUBE, in place of the declared rider.
 
CRIMSON FIRE (Y S Srinath) was extremely fractious, reared up and sat down, thereby injuring the rider. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter's orders. 

Jockey Md. Imran Ashraf, the rider of AMAZING SAFARI, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to the horses on his inside, viz., ABHINANDAN (R Ajay Kumar) and EL TYCOON (J Paswan), before passing the Red Marker Post.

It was observed that NIKKA (Chotu Jaiswar) veered out alarmingly in the last 150 Metres of the Race and despite the efforts of the rider to keep it on a straight course, it drifted out and finished the Race on the Outer Sand Track. In view of its behaviour, trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 

EL TYCOON (J Paswan) sustained clipped injuries on right hind cannon.
