S Jockey L Alex Rozario, the declared rider of MIRACLE HONEY, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S to substitute Jockey Inayat to ride MIRACLE HONEY in place of the declared rider.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey P Kiran Rai, on his mount DEEMED TO FIRE, trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu, in the above Race.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw FLYING FALCON (A R Pradeep) from the above Race as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to muscular sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

TOP RANK (Siddaraju P) reared up as the gates opened and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

THE PEG (Samundra Singh) dropped the rider and bolted on its way to the Starting Gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Orders.

BRAVE GIRL (Hemant Chandragiri) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the start and thereafter, ran detached from the field throughout the race; Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey M Shahid, the rider of STEP UP GIRL  was reprimanded for taking an unduly long lead, rounding the bend, for no apparent reason.

It was reported after the Race that CHILLY BREEZE (Faiz) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the inconsistent running and the resultant improved performance of his charge D DON KING (J Paswan), the winner of the above race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 2023-24. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer, Mr. Vishal Yadav, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows;

a) To fine Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the inconsistent running and the resultant improved performance of his charge D DON KING (J Paswan), the winner of the above race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 2023-24; and 

b) To caution him that a similar manner of offence by him in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw BRAVE TROOPER (S Antony Raj) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Aditya S to substitute Jockey A R Pradeep, to ride SOUND OF CANON’S, in place of Jockey L Alex Rozario, the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to withdraw VIVA LA VIDA (Afsar Khan) on veterinary grounds as it sustained injury inside right hind fetlock on the way to gates; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SHYAM KARNA (Koshi Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

TRACER BULLET (Shamaz Shareef) accidentally brushed the railings between the 1100 Metres and the 1000 Metres.

Jockey P Sai Kumar, the rider of SHEEBA reported that his mount was inclined to run out throughout the race. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

D DEAR (Arshad Alam) planted and took no part in the race; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Siddaraju P, the rider of EXUBERANCE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to TAREK (Inayat) on his inside approaching the 800 metres.

SQUARE THE CIRCLE (M Shahid) ran detached from the field in the early part of the race. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

JABBAR (Madhu Sudhan) ran detached from the field in the Straight. Trainer Bobby M was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

UDUKAI (Siddaraju P) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ lifting its head at the start of the race.

NATURAL GOLD (Sham Kumar) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the start.

WARRIOR WOMAN (Shamaz Shareef) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ thereby, inconveniencing LOVE WARRIOR (Afsar Khan) and COYOTE GIRL (V R Jagdeesh) on his outside at the start.

CZAREVITCH (M J GautamRajUrs) accidentally brushed the railings passing the 1200 Metres.
