Racing Incidents

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore to substitute Jockey V R Jagadeesh to ride FAUSTIAN in place of the declared rider.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to withdraw ALWAYS A STAR on veterinary grounds as it was trotting lame on right fore due to Tendonitis. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to withdraw AWESOME FIGHTER (K P G Appu) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from capped elbow on right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Clubs Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of MAXIMUM CITY, reported that he could not get a clear run due to a tightly packed field, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

Jockey G Adarsh, the rider of HAGGLER, reported that he lost his right stirrup soon after the start, which, he regained within a few strides.

Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of MAXIMUM CITY, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the final 50 Metres.

FAUSTIAN (V.R. Jagadeesh) sustained gum injury and injury over right hind hock.
