As Jockey S Selvaraj, the declared rider of PHELALEE, could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagements due to reasons beyond  control, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed to ride PHELALEE in place of the declared rider.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of ALBATROSS reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race and approaching the 300 Metres, it shifted 'out' further and completed the course on the outer sand track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was reported to have mouth ulcers. Hence Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of PRECIOUS REPLICA, reported that his mount was hanging 'out' throughout the Race and approaching the 300 Metres, it shifted 'out' further and completed the course on the outer sand track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. T Natraj was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
