Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw VERTEX on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to infected cellulitis of knee joint. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was fined Rs.1,000/- for using tongue strap on his charge, PRECEPT (C Harish), for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was removed from the horse before leaving the Paddock.

Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh, the rider of SHINE ON reported that he could  not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates, due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey M D Paswan, the rider of HISTORICA, was reprimanded for coming 'in' sharply before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey C Harish, the rider of PRECEPT, was reprimanded for riding an indifferent Race.

It was reported after the Race that SHINE ON (V R Jagdeesh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
