Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey Irvan Singh to ride SWIFT in place of the declared rider.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of KALLISTRATE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to WELCOME AGAIN (Zulquar Nain) on his outside, soon after the start.

Jockey Melvyn Maseyk, the rider of ECHOTA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'out' and causing interference to TULIP (A Ashhad Asbar) on his outside, approaching the 800 Metres.

An enquiry was held pertaining to the running and riding of CHARMING NIGHT in the above Race, trained by Mr. Bipin V Salvi and ridden by Jockey Anil Baandal. After due enquiry, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.5,000/- for the misleading evidence tendered during the enquiry and he was fined an additional sum of Rs.5,000/- for his negligence pertaining to the running of his charge, CHARMING NIGHT, which had sharp molars as certified by the Club's Veterinary Officer. He was informed to take necessary remedial measures in respect of this horse before accepting with it again. Jockey Anil Baandal was fined Rs.5,000/- for the misleading evidence tendered during the enquiry and he was fined an additional sum of Rs.5,000/- for not making sufficient efforts on his mount, CHARMING NIGHT, during the above Race.
