Racing Incidents

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey B Harish, the rider of THRILLSEEKER to the Stewards for Careless Riding [Rule No. 161(i)] in that, as a rider of THRILLSEEKER, he came 'in' sharply and caused very severe interference to the horses on his inside, viz., AUSTIN (S R Santosh Kumar), CARISA (A Ashok Kumar) and SPIRITUAL BLUE (Irvan Singh) within 100 Metres of the start. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race on Wednesday, 27th May, 2015, and examined Jockey B Harish. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey's Licence granted to Jockey B Harish from 10-06-2015 to 17-06-2015 [both days inclusive] for Careless Riding [Rule No. 161(i)] on his mount, THRILLSEEKER, in the above Race [permitted to ride work and was informed of his right to appeal].

AUSTIN (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained cut over left fore outer cannon.

GLORIOUS LIGHT (Keanen G Steyn) sustained cut over left hind fetlock.
