Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to substitute Jockey Nitin Singh to ride OCEANIC STORM in place of Jockey Ryan Marshall, the declared rider.
Jockey S John, the declared rider of EMPEROR CRUISE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making the declared weight at the scales; Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao [deputizing for Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar] to substitute Jockey V R Jagdeesh to ride EMPEROR CRUISE in place of the declared rider.
Jockey P P Dhebe, the rider of SEVEN OF HEARTS, was reprimanded for shifting 'out' and inconveniencing OCEANIC STORM (Nitin Singh) and PHELPS (Mohammed Mushraf) on his outside, before passing the Red Marker Post.
