BACK OF BEYOND (A Vishwanath) was examined at the Gates and observed to be trotting lame on left hind and found to have sustained fresh injuries at plantar fetlock of both hind legs; Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under Starter's Orders.  Trainer Mr. Praveen Jesu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
Jockey Nitin Singh, the rider of TRUST ME BOY, reported that his mount was hanging 'in', rounding the final bend; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
Jockey Dashrath Singh, the rider of MOMOTARO, was reprimanded for accidentally striking the whip of Jockey Y S Srinath (NATIVE ELEMENTS), whereby, the rider of the latter horse, lost his whip.
