Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.2,000/- for not taking prior permission for the use of Hind Leg Bandages, on his charge D SMILE (Anil Baandal), in the above Race.

HIS EMINENCE (M J GautamRajUrs) was slowly away and lost few lengths at straight.  In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. 

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AL DORADO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting `out' and causing interference to ASCENDENCY (H M Akshay), on his outside, passing 1200 Metres and as such, the latter stumbled.

Jockey M J GautamRajUrs, the rider of HIS EMINENCE, reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AL DORADO, reported that his hanging `out' throughout the Race. 

Trainer P C Tejaswi and Jockey V R Jagdeesh were questioned as to the running and riding of INTREPID WARRIOR, in the above Race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse was running in the higher class and that it had been running in this set and class after almost two years; b) He had instructed his rider to sit in 3rd, 4th or 5th position, not to punish the horse too much and coming into the straight to ride it out; c) His rider had ridden according to instructions, but his charge did not respond to the rider's urging and finished a poor 4th; Jockey V R Jagdeesh, while corroborating the explanations of the Trainer, added that despite his best efforts in the Straight, his mount did not respond at all and was running there and there itself. Their explanations were noted for future reference.
