Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of ABERLOUR was fined Rs.2,000/- for not wearing his riding goggles during the race.

Jockey L Alex Rozario, the rider of ABERLOUR was fined Rs.3,000/- for not improving his position in the early part of the race and for also traveling wide between the 800 Metres till rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of REVELATOR reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 350 Metres.

It was reported after the race that COASTAL CRUISE (J Chinoy) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was observed that ALL GREAT FRIENDS (Shamaz Shareef) abruptly stopped galloping after passing the 300 Metres and the rider having to dismount before passing the winning post. On immediate examination by the Club’s Veterinary Officer it was reported to have pulled up lame on left fore. Hence Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
