Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was fined Rs.25,000/- by the Stewards for his negligence in discharge of his duties as a trainer for having accepted his charge SUPER SAPPHIRE (Shezad Khan) to run in the above race. In that he failed to adhere to withdrawal period of the Medication Rules (“Multi vitamins injection and intravenous Amino Acid (Amino bottles) or Lipids (Lipid bottles) can be given 72 hrs before Race Day with cut- off time being 12 noon”), thereby contravening Rule No. 114 (b) (i) of the B.T.C Rules of Racing.
