GOLD KITE (Vinod Shinde) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day.

Jockey Prabhu Kumar M, the rider of ABSOLUTECHALLENGER was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course thereby allowing his mount to drift out and taking out RISE AGAIN (C Umesh), on his outside, passing the 400 Metres. 

  
Jockey Pavan, the rider of MYSTIC BOND was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing HAVELOCK CRUISE (Akash Agarwal) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

Jokey C Umesh, was questioned as to his riding on his mount RISE AGAIN, in the closing stages of the above Race. The rider stated as follows; 

a) As he had decided to make a run on the outside, Apprentice Jockey Prabhu Kumar M astride ABSOLUTECHALLENGER, started to drift out; 

b) As he had already committed to make his move on the outside, he had to take a split second decision and by that time it was too late. 

Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey C Umesh, he was fined Rs. 5,000/- for unnecessarily shifting out onto the outer portion of the Race Track thereby travelling that extra ground and thereafter, for the undesirable practice of completely easing up his mount, in the closing stages of the above Race. he was also informed that a repetition of a similar manner of riding on his mounts in future, would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g STELLANTIS.
