Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was fined Rs.5,000/- for failing to arrive in time to fulfill his paddock formalities in respect of his charge VOLT in the above race.

Jockey T.S. Jodha, the rider of SIMPLETON placed 4^th by the Judge objected against Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of VOLT placed 3^rd and also against Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of BOLD NATURE placed 2^nd for “passing the 1000 Metres the rider of VOLT and BOLD NATURE came on to me and badly bumped and cut across me sharply which cost me a certain place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to over rule both the objections.

Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of BOLD NATURE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming in and causing interference to VOLT (Imran Chisty) on his inside which in turn passed it on to SIMPLETON (T.S. Jodha) along the rails approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey Jockey P. Kiran Rai, the rider of BOLD NATURE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not maintaining a straight course under the use of whip in the final 150 Metres of the race.
