Racing Incidents
ALECIA (G Sai Vamshi) jumped awkwardly 'outwards', thereby, inconveniencing SOCIETY MUSIC (S J Sunil) on its outside, at the start. Jockey M L Bhosle, the rider of BIGHERO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to QUEEN (Shobhan Babu) on his inside, which went onto horses on its inside viz., TRIUMPHANT (Md. Sameer) and RUTHBA (Arshad Alam), passing the 1200 Metres. Jockey G Sai Vamshi, the rider of ALECIA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming 'in' and causing severe interference to RUTHBA (Arshad Alam) on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the inconsistent pattern of running of SECRET TOUCH (S John - trained by Mr. B K Narendra), the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 9 of the Mysore Summer Races 2016, i.e., The Beloved Prince Plate, Div I (About) 1200 Metres, for horses rated 40 to 65, 5 years old and over, run on 1st Day, Wednesday, 25th May, 2016, when ridden by Jockey A R Pradeep, it ran third. TRIUMPHANT (Md. Sameer) sustained deep clipped injury on right hind hock. BIGHERO (M L Bhosle) sustained multiple cuts inside right hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b m SECRET TOUCH.
