Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of THREE LITTLE WORDS reported that he accidentally lost his whip approaching 150 Metres.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed R., the rider of THREE LITTLE WORDS was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing JOON (Darshan R.N) on his outside approaching final 100 Metres.

THREE LITTLE WORDS (Rayan Ahmed R.) was subjected to veterinary examination. On examination it was found to be lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that THREE LITTLE WORDS (Rayan Ahmed R.) was found to have sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence.

ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

It was observed that ARMORY (Rajesh Kumar M) did not get a clear run between 250 Metres and 200 Metres.

FEELING GOOD (A.R.Pradeep) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey Darshan R.N, the rider of BASIC INSTINCT reported that his mount was running green throughout the race.
 
Jockey A.R.Pradeep, the rider of FEELING GOOD reported that his mount was hanging out from the 800 Metres. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b c LA MCQUEEN.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards on 10th March, 2024 into the excessive use of whip by Jockey V.R. Jagadeesh on his mount MEGA SUCCESS (3rd infringement) in the above race, thereby Contravening the B.T.C Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP”.
“In that:

(a)    He use the whip in excess in Race No.148 of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2023-24, on your mount MEGA SUCCESS, this being the 3rd offence during the season;

(b)    He use the whip in excess in Race No.112 of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2023-24, on your mount ALTAMONTE (1st offence);

(c)    He use the whip in excess in Race No.143 of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2023-24, on your mount NEVADA GOLD (2nd offence)”.
(i)    Should he apply for a grant of “A” Jockeys Licence under BTC Rules of Racing for the year 2024-25, the same shall remain suspended for the first two (2) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 for contravening Calendar Notification under the heading “USE OF WHIP” on his mount MEGA SUCCESS (he is permitted to ride work).
(ii)    He was informed of his right to appeal.

BALTIMORE (Antony Raj S.) sustained superficial injury on left hock. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr m SEKHMET.

SEA BLUSH (P. Sai Kumar) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its repeated behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races.

PHARAZON (Siddaraju.P) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Jockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of SUPER MARVELLA was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting 'in' and causing interference to LONE RANGER (Darshan R.N) on his inside approaching 1400 Metres.
 
Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of SINCERITY was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting 'in' and tightening LONE RANGER (Darshan R.N) on his inside passing the 900 Metres.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of MOMENTOUS reported that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr.Rajesh Narredu was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that NORWEGIAN WOOD (Antony Raj S.) pulled up lame on left hind and sustained superficial injury on left hind tendon. Trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that LONE RANGER (Darshan R.N) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SERAI (Siddaraju.P) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

SUNLIT PATH (Shamaz Shareef) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b (mtg) f SUPER MARVELLA.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil B Devaney to withdraw CINCO DE MAYO (Shreyas Singh S) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Shreyas Singh .S replaced the indisposed Jockey Darshan R.N on ULTIMATE CHANCE.

ULTIMATE CHANCE (Shreyas Singh.S) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
