It was reported that the Girth on TOP RANK (S Imran) snapped at the starting gates, Subsequently a different Girth was used. After due examination of the equipment Trainer, Mr. Srinivas Babu G was fined Rs.2,000/- for using unserviceable equipment on his charge, in the above Race.

Jockey S Imran, the rider of TOP RANK, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, Passing 150 Metres. 

Jockey H M Akshay, the rider of HIGHLAND PARK reported that his mount was hanging ìn' after entering into the straight.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, the examination of the mouth revealed sharp molars. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was fined Rs. 5,000/- for his negligence (2nd Infringement).

CHARLIE HEBDO (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained bleeding cut on left fore outer cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g ASH WINDER.

LUCKY LUCIANO (M J GautamRajUrs) did not raise a fluent gallop soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and thereafter, ran detached from the field throughout the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bobby M was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey Shrikant Kamble, the rider of SPIRITUAL FORCE reported that his mount was trying to run out in final 100 Metres of the Race.  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Shrikant Kamble, the rider of SPIRITUAL FORCE was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

RAUCH (Shrikant Kamble) did not raise a fluent gallop after jumping out of the Starting Gates, swerved left towards the outer sand track passing 1300 metres and did not take any part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Races on Race Day on the race track.

D WARRIOR (V R Jagdeesh) jumped awkwardly ìnwards and inconvenienced VIJAYA SARATHI (B Harish) on its inside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

PERFECT LEGACY (Ajeet Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced DUMAS (K Sai Kiran) on its outside soon after jumping out of the starting gates.

Jockey, Ajeet Kumar, the rider of PERFECT LEGACY was fined Rs.2,000/- for not making sufficient effort to improve his position between the 900 metres and the 500 metres, for no apparent reason.

Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of D WARRIOR reported that his mount was hanging in after entering into the straight,  The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

VIAJYA SARATHI (B Harish) ran detached from the field, in the straight. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better perfomance of his charge in future. 

It was reported after the race that PILGRIM (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Prathap Kamath M  was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu and Jockey K Sai Kiran were questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards regarding the poor performance of DUMAS,  in the above race. The Trainer stated as follows; a) Prior to this run, his charge had only run at Mumbai a year ago; b) He had fancied his charge in the above Race as it was showing good improvement and speed in track but was very disappointed with this run; Jockey K Sai Kiran, when questioned, stated that despite his best efforts to ride out his mount, it was lethargic after jumping out and was trying to run out throught the race, despite his best efforts to try and keep it on an even course and thereafter, after rounding the final bend and entering the Straight, when asked for an effort, his mount had nothing left in it and it ran detached from the field. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and endoscoped and reported by the Club's Veterinary Officer that it had suffered from Grade IV EIPH. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again and also ensure better perfomance of his charge in future. 

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g DUMAS.

As Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the declared rider of SURPRISE PACKAGE, was certified medically unfit to ride, after his ride in the first race, permission was granted to  Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to substitute Jockey Sameer Qureshi to ride SURPRISE PACKAGE, in place of the declared rider.

SURPRISE PACKAGE (Sameer Qureshi) reared up as the gates opened and lost few lengths at the start and thereafter, ran detached from the field, till rounding the final bend. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed that he must not accept with it again until  its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

D KARNA (Vishal N Bunde) jumped out awkwardly at the start. 

Jockey B Harish, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting  ìn  and causing interference to D KARNA (Vishal N Bunde) on his inside, along the rails, as a result the latter had to shift out thereby inconveniencing horses on his outside viz., SHIMMERS (M J GautamRajUrs), STANDOUT (M Prabhakaran) and DAGOBERT (Arshad Alam), passing the 1000 metres.

It was reported after the race that D KARNA (Vishal N Bunde) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D  was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SHIMMERS (M J GautamRajUrs) suffered from heat stress after the race. Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of UNIMAGINABLE trained by Mr. P C Tejaswi and ridden by Jockey Mohammed Mushraf in the above race. 

NAVAL WRESTLER (Vishal N Bunde) accidentally brushed the railings approaching 1000 metres.

Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of SOCRATES was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course, in the final 200 metres of the race. SOCRATES (K Sai Kiran) was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported.

As Jockey Chotu Jaiswar, the declared rider of SHIVALIK SOUND, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the first race and as no such suitable rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw his charge SHIVALIK SOUND, from the above race.

BACCHUS (Dhanu Singh Deora) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled inside the Starting Gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Order.

ALL GREAT FRIENDS (Ahsan Qureshi) accidentally stumbled passing 900 metres.

Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of ALL GREAT FRIENDS was fined Rs. 3,000/- for not infusing sufficient vigor in riding out his mount with the aid of the whip, in the straight. 

It was reported after the race that KEY TO TIME (P S Kaviraj) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Prathap Kamath M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to withdraw GALLERY QUEEN on veterinary grounds, as it was found to have capped elbow on right fore with inflamation ; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bobby M to withdraw MAYBURY (Shamaz Shareef) on veterinary grounds, as it was suffering from fever; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

Jockey C Umesh, the rider of FLAMINGO DANCER was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing FOREST VIEW (Arshad Alam), on his outside, passing the 200 metres.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of O KANHAIYA fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining the straight course thereby, drifting out and taking out FLAMINGO DANCER (C Umesh), on his outside, in the final 200 metres of the Race.

MYSTIC DIVINE (V R Jagdeesh) ran detached from the field. Trainer,  Mr. Monnappa C D was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of GREAT HOPE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently after entering into the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination it was found to have pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer, Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the race that GUNDUZ (Mubs Kareem) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer, Mr. Prathap Kamath M was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey P Kiran Rai , the rider of TURF LEGEND was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).

It was observed that RECALL OF YOU (Vishal N Bunde) accidentally stumbled passing the 950 metres.

RECALL OF YOU (Vishal N Bunde) sustained small cut inside right fore cannon.

Compulsory sample was taken for analysis from b g SEGERA.

DIVA IN GOLD (Sameer Qureshi) was trotted at the Starting Gates and was found to be trotting lame on right hind. Under the circumstances It was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under Starters Order; Trainer Mr. Surender G T  was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

GOLD CHARM (S Antony Raj) planted and lost many lengths at the start. Trainer Mr. Surender G T was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day, on the race track.
