DEEMED TO FIRE (P Kiran Rai) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of FELICITA was reprimanded for shifting `in’ and inconveniencing MORGANITE (Madhu Sudan S) and D GOLDEN CUP (M Prabhakaran) on his inside passing the 1300 Metres.

The Stipendiary Stewards questioned Jockey Md. Imran Ashraf, the rider of RAAZ, in the presence of his Trainer Mr. Rakesh, for riding an indifferent race. He was informed in the presence of his Trainer by the Stipendiary Stewards as follows;

a) That his Jockey’s License shall not be considered for renewal, for the year 2024-25 and that he is relegated to being a Work Rider;
b) That he has to make every effort to improve his riding and to show his improvement at work and satisfy the Stipendiary Stewards of his improvement in Two Mock Races on Race Days, on the Race Track, before the Stipendiary Stewards reconsider proposing his name for grant of a Jockey’s License by the Stewards, under the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing, in future.   

Jockey P Sai Kumar, the rider of RAPTOR, was fined Rs.5,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [2nd infringement].

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi to withdraw N R I SECRET (Rajesh K) from the above Race, as it was suffering from respiratory infection. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that AQUILA D’ ORO (Siddaraju P) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that FACETS OF LIFE (Koshi Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. C D Monappa was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer, Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw CALIFORNIA GOLD from the above Race, as it was observed to have sustained multiple injuries on both fore legs and face. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

Jockey Md. Imran Ashraf, the rider of DHURANDAR was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to ARMAMENT (Abhishek Mhatre) on his inside at the 1000 Metres.

D FIGHTER (V R Jagdeesh) did not get a clear run between the 300 Metres and the 200 Metres, due to a wall of horses in front of him.

It was reported after the Race that STEP UP GIRL (Abdul Fazal) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the reversal of form of COUNTRY MAGIC (Siddaraju P), the winner of the above Race as compared to its performance in Race No. 67 of the Mysore Winter Races 2023-24, i.e., The Formal Invitation Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 6 years old and over, run on Tenth Day, Wednesday, 31st January, 2024, when ridden by Jockey Tousif Khan, it ran unplaced. Not satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows;

a) To fine Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the reversal of form of his charge COUNTRY MAGIC (P Siddaraju) as compared to its previous run in Race No. 67 of the Mysore Winter Races 2023-24 and for the unsatisfactory explanation tendered during the enquiry.
b) Caution him that a repeat of a similar manner of offence by him in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

MICHELLE PRIDE (Prabhu Kumar M) jumped out awkwardly at the start.

INEXHAUSTIBLE (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped out awkwardly at the start.

NATURAL GOLD (Sham Kumar) jumped awkwardly `inwards’ at the start and thereby, inconveniencing INEXHAUSTIBLE (M Rajesh Kumar), on his inside soon after the start.

ROSE BLOOM (Shreyas Singh) accidentally brushed the railings passing the 1100 Metres.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of VARDAAN, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive and improper use of the whip on his mount during the Race [1st infringement].

WINTER STORM (P Kiran Rai) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the start.

Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of NATURAL TORNADO, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to WINTER STORM (P Kiran Rai) on his inside soon after the start. 

Jockey S Saqlain, the rider of BRIGHTEST STAR, was reprimanded for cutting across the field, before passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey Madhu Sudhan, the rider of WERONIKA, reported that he was momentarily unbalanced from his saddle soon after the start and thereafter, his mount brushed the railings at 1200 Metres.

BRIGHTEST START (Saqlain S) did not get a clear run between the 800 Metres and the 600 Metres due to tightly packed field.

BRIGHTEST START (Saqlain S) inclined to run out rounding the bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club's Veterinary Officer reported that examination of mouth revealed sharp molars and fresh injuries inside the cheek; Hence, Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence [1st Infringement].

N R I ACE (Abdul Fazal) was very fractious and hit the frames of the gates due to which, the right stirrup broke and also saddle shifted back while being loaded into the Starting Stall. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Orders.  

MILITARY BARBIE (Shamaz Shareef) sustained bleeding injury inside right hind fetlock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f SIRA.

BENGHAZI (M Rajesh Kumar) did not raise a fluent gallop soon after the start.

Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of GHYAMA reported that his mount was hanging `out’ after entering the straight; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it, again.

COYOTE GIRL (V R Jagdeesh) reared up as the gates opened, dropped the rider and thereafter, ran on and finished the Race, rider-less; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of GREAT HOPE was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting `in’ and causing interference to FLAMIGO DANCER (Siddaraju P), on his inside, at the start.

ATHULYA (Inayat) accidentally brushed the railings, approaching the 1000 Metres.

It was observed that CONFIDENT GAME (Shreyas Singh) accidentally hit the Railing upright with its right fore leg and lost some ground, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey P S Chouhan, the rider of TRUMP BABY, reported that the saddle shifted back, after entering the Straight. After due examination of the equipment after the Race which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling.
