Racing Incidents

It was reported that GILDED BUTTERFLY (Mohammed Mushraf) was extremely fractious inside the Stalls and as such, the Stirrup iron broke. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn, before coming under Starter's Orders.

KOALA (Brahmmesh S) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the Start.

NATURAL HUNTER (Rajesh K) accidentally brushed the railings between 1100 metres & 1000 metres of the race.

Jockey L Alex Rozario the rider of SAINT EMILION was reprimanded for shifting `out’ and inconveniencing EMERALD QUEEN (Abhishek Mhatre), on his outside, between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres of the race.

Jockey Faiz the rider of FLYING FALCON was reprimanded for shifting `out’ and inconveniencing EMERALD QUEEN (Abhishek Mhatre) on his outside in the last 100 metres of the race.
 
SAINT EMILION (L Alex Rozario) sustained bruise on right hind fetlock.

It was reported after the Race that RISING SUN (M Rajesh Kumar) had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race and also was reported to have sustained clipped injury on left fore inner bulb of heel.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m SAINT EMILION.
