SKYJET (Nitin Singh) was extremely fractious at the Gates and refused to be stalled, thereby, considerably delaying the start; Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C Girinath to substitute Jockey L Prashant to ride CARISA in place of Jockey Vivek, the declared rider.

As Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the declared rider of STELLENBOSCH, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Seventh Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. T Natraj to substitute Jockey Anil Baandal to ride STELLENBOSCH in place of the declared rider.

ASCENDENCY (Saddam Hussain) brushed the Rails, passing the 1000 Metres.

An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey S G Prasad, the rider of SPINNING CHAKRAM, Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of CAMPEON and Jockey Irvan Singh, the rider of EXCELONCE, in the above Race.
